In the past, I’ve felt uncertain and unconvinced of my services with other mechanics, hence my switch in seeking out Pulse Auto. I didn’t feel pressured into getting anything done and like I always had a choice which was lovely.
Bernie let me know that I’m in need of changing my tyres over and gave me a quote. I’ll be coming back to Pulse to get them changed :)

Went to pulse with a persistent idle an low power problem, they had a quick look right there and then eve though I didn’t have an appointment. They quickly diagnosed the issue busted vacuum hose and cleaned the MAS, car now runs like silk, very happy with friendly service and can do attitude

Exceptional service at a very reasonable price. I couldn’t recommend Pulse Automotive high enough.

First time using these guys. Got name from a friend. They carried out log book service. Very communicative and friendly. Excellent location for getting into town once car was dropped off.

They are always thorough, helpful re dropping off and collecting my car and explain what is needed to be done and make it easy for new tyres etc to happen. My two older cars where sometimes a challenge but kept in good repair by them. I am always aware if a major expense will be looming and can budget accordingly. Very happy with their service.

Repairs required, apart from the routine service, are explained in advance . I have been using PA for more than three years now for the service maintenance of two VW Golfs. I have found the organization's staff to be reliable and honest and have no hesitation in recommending the organization.

The team outdid themselves in servicing our car last week.
They went ‘over and above’ to look into an issue (steering vibration) and the car was immaculate we I picked it up.

Customer service has always been great, but this was ‘next level’ again.
