I cannot recommend this business because I was very unhappy with what they did to my short hair. I even took in pics of the style and colour I wanted. I went in as a blond and came out as a brunette which was not what I had requested. I made the mistake of trusting the glowing reviews - so never again will I believe what I read! Also my haircut was very average.

Just amazing. These guys/ladies are so good at what they do. Another cheaper hairdresser had almost completely destroyed my hair in a single go and I looked terrible. Tamara fitted me in for a fix-up that afternoon - she fixed the damage beautifully and without damaging my hair further. I am definitely going back there every time and would recommend to EVERYONE. I have been looking for a really good hairdresser in Cairns for a over a year after having some bad experiences. Nicola at Pulse was wonderful! I had Jet Black hair and was in need of a serious change. After an initial consultation to talk about hair colours, she stripped my hair and it is now the beautiful shade of red that I was after. The staff are super friendly and will be going back again! :)

Terrible experience, I went there based on these 'reviews' and they ruined my hair and would not fix it, I had to pay for someone else to repair the damage they did!

I have been here a few times now and I personally am very happy with the service. My fiance always sends me in with instructions on what she thinks would look good for me and Craig always to get it right on. My fiance also gets her hair done here. Especially for the big events like weddings are races etc and the end results are nothing short of a piece of art!!
