I'd love to give 5 star just on service as it has always been OUTSTANDING at the fountain gate store but as we all know pumpkin patch is on the pricey side and the quality isn't always there on the products as it used to be a few years ago. The Fountain gate store staff really have gone above and beyond on many occasions helping me get outfits together for my 6 children, especially sourcing matching outfits for my 4 daughters. They are always polite, friendly and very helpful and I look forward to my visits to the store just to see the staff!

The staff looked after us as soon as we walked in, and the clothes are the best quality you could ask for. It's worth paying a little bit more

Was slow waiting for service but when I had the attention of the sales women she was quiet helpful, didnt go over and beyond but pointed me in the right direction

Reasonable service. Staff could be friendly and a little more helpful. Have never got help on the floor, always have to wait for staff at the sales desk.

great, unique clothes but i only buy if on sale as otherwise too expensive in my opinion. But still find myself shopping there as the clothes are beautiful

The staff are friendly, the stuff is so over priced that a trip to pumpkin patch is usually when there is a big sale on - I find it hard to believe that the clothes that come out of pumpkin patch come from the same country and place as those from our major retail stores. If it was made in Australia I wouldn't have a problem buying from pumpkin patch at those prices
