really great indian food! loved eating in and also takeaway. always tasty and fresh. a bit more expensive than some other indian restaurants, but the food just tastes so good, don't mind paying that little bit extra.

I love this place. This was the very first Indian restaurant I ever went to and the first time I tried naan bread. This is where my love of Indian food began. I still think they have the best naan bread in Perth too, so definitely get some when you go. The decor is very traditional and nice, and the staff are so helpful and friendly, they will help you with the menu if you're not sure. It's quite small but I like that as it makes it cozy and not noisy.

Went here with family for dinner and the service and food was great, very fresh and tasty. I think we ordered almost everything off the menu too. Prices are a bit higher than a couple of other Indian places I've been to but worth it because the quality seemed better. So if you don't kind spending a few extra dollars on quality then I suggest going here.

Love it here! My favourite Indian restauarant, and I've been to most. I keep going back. Food is fabulous (especially the Malai Kofta, the Prawn Jalfrezi, all the chicken dishes, the naans, the kulfi, and everything else!).
The service is near perfect. The staff are friendly and professional, and of the pampering kind. The waiter always places a white napkin on your lap and lays out all cutlery with a white glove. But it's not pretentious or stuffy.
The restaurant is lovely and the toilets, as far as I know, are the best in all of Perth (I would love to have the same decor in my bathroom, and they even provide scented moisturiser).
I've been there probably more than 10 times now, and only once have I had a bad experience. I was served the wrong dish and when this was pointed out, I was made out to be the one who made the mistake! The manager became quite rude and it was a mission to finally get the meal I ordered, well after everyone else had finished eating. Had that been my first experience, that treatment would have stopped me ever going back, but I seem to have made up with my ex - I'll keep going back again and again.

I love this restaurant. The food is delicious, the service incredible and I try to go there at least once a month. If you had not tried this place before, you simply must. You won't be disappointed.

Their takeaway menu is extensive and really varied. Everything is exactly as described and is by far the best Indian food I've had in Perth. The staff are friendly and efficient. The food is on the pricey side, but definitely worth it. I had the Fish Curry, Lamb Rogan Josh and some naan bread. Everything was delicious and extremely tasty. It was definitely worth the travel and the price. I'd recommend it to everyone!

The food here is wonderful, and the Vindaloo is actually hot, thank goodness! I don't know which menu von84l was looking at, because at dinnertime on a Thursday all meat curries were around $23 (no butter chicken for $16.50). Everything here was slightly overpriced compared to other Indian restaurants in Perth (i.e. $7.50 for 2 serves of rice!), but was worth it for the exceptional quality. The range of Naan types here is amazing (about 10!). Corkage is on the expensive side ($7) and BYO not allowed on Fridays & Saturdays.

The overall dining experience was impeccable! Once I stepped into the restaurant I felt relaxed by its dimmed lighting, formal dining setting and white linen cloths. It was nice to be greeted by the front of house person. Drink orders were taken quickly and food orders were served up in a reasonable manner. The service was outstanding, I felt like I was taken care of. I was surprised to find the butter chicken at $16.50 per serving, the serving size was generous too! Such a great price for the quality of food.
