My family & I popped in to visit the puppies one Sunday afternoon as we were thinking of purchasing a BeagleXPoodle (Boogle?!? Boodle?!?) They had two who were nearing 3mnths old so were reduced to less than half the original cost. We left the shop with our new fluffy baby about two hours later...Because he was nearly 3mnths old, he was toilet trained in that he would always go to the toilet on newspaper, it just took us a couple of weeks to get him to go outside. Toby has been a wonderful, loving addition to our family, he is now 18mnths old & we love him dearly. He has never had a sick day in his life (apart from eating salt-based kitty litter, 2 days after we brought him home-causing severe dehydration, vomiting etc which would have killed him had I not got him to the vet as quickly as I did!) I am now wanting to buy a spoodle & am going to go back to Puppies R'Us to see whether they have any. My experience with this company has been positive & happy & I have recommended them to other friends, some of which have also gone there & purchased a healthy, happy & fluffy new family member!

Approximate cost: $300

how long ago did u buy toby?? my partner and i bought a beagle X poodle that was reduced right down from being too old around June last year i think it was, we think we might have toby's brother! His names Boof and we love him to death, he has such a great personality and is so cuddly. Although when he was a puppy he wasnt so angelic haha.

Apparently the shop had been broken into and puppies had been stolen, but something must have happened to our Boofa as he was petrified of everyone, while all the other puppies were jumping up to meet us he was hiding and looked very scared. we fell in love with him and decided to take him home and make him happy again. Now hes very happy and has a lil malteseXpapillon brother called Zac.

If you are an animal lover you would not buy a puppy from these type of places. They are supporting the industry of cruelty to dogs by getting these puppies from farms where the mother dog is used purely as a breeding machine and living in appualing conditions. If you care about animals , adopt your new family member from a shelter

We were sold what was advertised as Pure Breed West Highland White Terrier for $890 only to get her home to find a few motnhs later that she was actually a Westie X Poodle. Owner did refund us some money after many phone calls, but very very very upset that we didn't get what we thought we were buying. What has come with this purchase is us having to spend a great deal of additional money to deal with the temperament/anxiety issues with this cross breed which is not inherent in pure breed West Highland Terriers.

Puppies sold in pet shops are usually bred in "puppy millls" where dogs are bred repeatedly without adequate housing, exercise, veterinary care and human companionship. No care is given to the temperament and health of the dogs being bred with many inheritable health problems being passed on to the puppies. As these puppies are not socialised from an early age and then end up in a pet shop, behavioural problems emerge.
You can never trust the advertised breed or age of a pup from a pet shop - they probably don't know what they're selling you either.
Pet shops should not be selling dogs and cats. Buy from a registered breeder. (I am not a registered breeder - I am a Vet Nurse.)

What I like about this store is that they have really cute puppies. What I don't like about this store is that its smells, and the puppies are put in wire cages. I like going in to look at the puppies and they let me play with them too. The people are friendly. We haven't bought any from there though.

My sister got a puppy from these guys and they were very impressive and knowledgeable. Lovely people working there and seem to really enjoy themselves. A++ The range of puppies is very good.

What a great place to work! The staff look very happy working there too with all these gorgeous puppies! They knew everything about dogs and they gave me a lot of advice when I got a puppy from there.
