Extremely relaxed, listened to what I wanted and new immediately how to give it with his engineering skills. far exceeded my expectations in quality and looks yet he had never made Puppy Bars for my particular vehicle before. Genuine person wanting to do a good quality job. I have no hesitations in referring people on, and showing them my vehicle. I have also heard that he will give good advise to people in what type of vehicle to purchase to give them a good outcome for their particular needs. I have no personal or special connection to this business. His reputation precedes him in the dog world, and I also know someone that had follow up service whereby they went above and beyond to accommodate. Just a nice, friendly, honest, knowledgeable business to deal with.
