I started seeing Sherril in January 2023 due to my desire to remove physical trauma within my body due to having spent my childhood, adolescence and early 20s years within environments where I was subjected to horrendous abuse and bullying. Looking for a solution that was different from the mainstream methods of treating the effects of abuse and bullying (such as anger, PTSD and low energy) I did some research and thought that Sherril was worth a try (and I didn’t know whether or not my issues could have been treated by her given that I lost trust in everything and was extremely skeptical of the power of energy healing but fortunately something about me was open minded to the ideal of energy healing and decided to give it a try).

From the very first session I was completely blown away by what I had experienced however it wasn’t easy for me to get the unexpected solution I was after, I had seen therapists in the past for my anger problems however I felt I made virtually no progress and this was mostly due to the fact that therapy was unable to target the root cause of my anger (the root cause being that they were physical manifestations in the body that talk therapy doesn’t target as it targets the thinking patterns and provides a safe space to feel validated). Sherril is one of those people who have that innate ability to click well with you and is one of the most emotionally intelligent people I have come across in my life. From the get go, her superior intuition helped me identify that I had been living with a narcissistic family member.

Throughout life when we experience trauma, we don’t often notice the subtle impact that overtime the traumas start building up and become a physical manifestation in which your body stores body trauma and that trauma isn’t something that’s just psychological but also very physiological as it’s manifested as a cellular/body memory.

Throughout my life I have had many rough dealings with many challenging people throughout my life who I have still had emotional attachments with and I had energy healing sessions which afterwards I felt I didn’t have so much emotional attachment towards certain individuals and their actions towards me. This was significant as I didn’t want to continually carry the wounding of the past and that I wanted to live in the present moment and enjoy what life has to offer.

I absolutely emphasise how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE the crystal light bed therapy as I feel like each experience you have on the crystal bed is like a super meditation as it’s the effects you get from a meditation session in a super amplified manner. The very first time I did the crystal light bed therapy, I recall when I was experiencing so much anger from being abused growing up, the crystal bed played a role in eliminating most of it just all in one session. I recall it was so relaxing and rejuvenating, it was like I was on a holiday but it was a different holiday in the sense that it was working with the chakras of my body and the nervous system to help create true recovery and rest that otherwise wouldn’t be possible and at the same the light from the crystal bed was “smashing away” all that anger, stress and the negativity to the point it had subsided. Within one session so much negative emotion stored in my physiology was removed. This is a testament to how much impact crystal light bed can have on you in just one session. I also find that the crystal bed is also helpful when you are experience other concerns of life such as manifesting desires and thoughts, recovering from sleep debt (as when you do the crystal bed when experiencing insomnia or any sleep related issue you feel like you are having hours of sleep just in one session), when you are experiencing fatigue and extreme tiredness (whether this would be a long work day or you’re spending so much time and energy with children or when you’re experiencing jetlag), as well as dealing with addictions, also recovery from an illness or physical injury. Crystal bed also plays a crucial role for paving way to forgiveness, a very important part of life when it comes to overcoming hurt and anger, as forgiveness frees yourself from hurt and anger leading to better outcomes in life and on your health. It works not just on an emotional and mental level, but also on a physical level.

For the first time in 24 years of my life I can learn to live in the present moment and this is thanks to Sherril, had I ever of had made that decision to see Sherril despite my initial skepticism I would have been in a much darker place in life.

Seeing Sherril has been one of the best decisions for me to make in my life hence I strongly recommend anyone and everyone to come and see her, especially if you are looking to have someone who is very supportive and non judgemental in your life, my only wish was I wish I had come across Sherril in my life at least 10 years ago. If someone was able to overcome his extreme anger issues, multiple personalities and borderline violent behaviours from being subjected to long term bullying and abuse, then I reckon anyone and everyone would benefit from seeing Sherril. Mark my words: don’t delay the decision to see Sherril by a day or so because if you’re seeking positive change in your life, come and see her. You will not regret it.
