I purchased 2 sets of the Micro Loop Extensions from Pure Hair. I don't know if the hair quality differs from their tape and clip-in extensions but they arrived with the ends looking terrible. Photos are straight out of the packet - they were very straggly and knotty. I applied them as instructed, thinking that I could just trim the horrible ends off as the system seemed great and easy to use - much better for my hair than tapes. I put them all in without any issues. The first time I brushed them, huge amounts of hair came out - far more than usual with extensions. This continued with hair just falling out constantly. It was all over my entire house, car, and all of my clothes. I have never seen hair fall like this in over 10 years of using many different brands of extensions. The amount of hair in my hand in the photo was multiple times a day. After a few days, 50% had fallen out so I had to remove them. I contacted Pure Hair, explained the problem and asked to return them. Their answer was a flat-out No. Didn't offer a replacement for the faulty hair, another style, nothing. I was offered a refund on the set I hadn't used but told 'Too Bad' on the ones that I had used. [removed name] , who I was communicating with had incredibly poor 'customer service' She couldn't care less and made it obvious in her emails. Regarding the set I returned - they were received by Pure Hair 7 days ago and they still have not processed a refund. Avoid this company at all costs - their hair is not double drawn so it is thin and straggly at the ends and customer service is nonexistant. I think it is very telling in this era when a company has their Facebook reviews turned off as well. Judging from a lot of other reviews I have now read, it seems there is a clear issue with the Micro bead extensions as there are a lot of poor reviews about these specifically, with great reviews on the other types.
