The top hair stylists are great, and this is the only reason I continue going to them. Some of their staff, especially the more mature ones, are very hospitable and, well, mature, some young girls are also polite and friendly, but some think they own the place, and though it looks like they maybe related to the owner, they should tone down their nonconforming arrogant attitude, and this attitude shouldn't be an obstacle for great hairdresser to be rated less than they deserve

My little boy and I had a haircut last week and it was the best experience I've had at a salon. They treated my boy so special and we both walked out looking amazing! Thanks to the wonderful team!

i went to pure on a recommendation off a friend and she raves about it. they are so nice and made me feel so relaxed and pampered. had my hair cut and coloured and joined their pure colour club where i get my hair cut free, it's great you gotta go there and experience great service.

Wouldn't bother going there. Rude attitudes and disgusting prices for crap quality cuts and colours! Would never go again or recommend to anyone!

It wasnt that great, the hairstyle i got wasnt what i told them and it was quite expensive as well but the service was nice

Just the best salon I've ever been to. As soon as you walk in you are treated like a royal! I was treated so special and my hair just looks amazing. I had a colour specialist talk to me through what my hair needs and the colour has never been better. Paul the owner then cut my hair and it's just so easy to look after. I just love it! Their new location is just awesome!

Had a hair cut here a few time and I have found the quality of my haircut to generally be ok. The presentation of there building is quite poor though with graffiti on the lane way wall of the building going down to the parking are at the back. They don't seem to care that much about there appearance it would seem.
