I don't think I'll return, but to be honest when I first went I was in love, I felt as if I was in a room with no one else and the yoga rooms are tiny so I was impressed. Mardi there is absolutely wonderful, so welcoming and has a beautiful nature about her. If you are going to give it a shot id say do her class for sure! The studio is very clean, I'm sensitive to smells but the place smells like a hint of lemon grass. Unfortunately tho my last visit was most uncomfortable. Apparently they need your photo for their client records as I found out on my 4th visit. One of the staff members tried to force me to have a photo taken before starting class that I said no to and she got right in my face about it in the change room. it was completely unprofessional shoving a tablet/Ipad device in my face to take a photo that I had repeatable said no to having. It was pushed to the point I kept stepping back from her, that she had me cornered with my hands over my face bent over saying: "I don't want one, if you don't stop I'm going to leave!". I've never felt so bullied, disrespected and violated at any place of business before. It ruined everything for me.

LOVE the feeling of walking out of here after a hot yoga workout. The instructors are great and the studio is lovely. Just imagine being in a heated room (about 38 degrees) and listening to the rain falling against the window on a winters night. Sound amazing? Visit their website and book in now!
