Pure Plumbing Professionals are what it says - they are very professional. Fixed my problem promptly and very curteous. Also took time to explain to me regarding the problem. Reasonable price too. I was building a granny flat and have already paid them $4,000 in plumbing works. The last bit of work left to complete the project was to install a gas flow meter, which I was quoted $170 in writing. Later the quote increased to $315. I didnt want to change plumber as they have done all the plumbing works on this project. We later agreed on a fee to install the gas mater of $300. Job done and paid and my bad not to ask them for a plumbing certificate for the job for the whole project before paying them. I was then forced to pay another $55 for the certificate as requested by the council and reason given by them was I lost money on the gas meter installation. I ended up paying $355 for the gas meter, which is even higher than the revised quote of $315. In terms of the standard of plumbing works, they are barely acceptable.

I had planned to call a few plumbers for quotes for a job but after calling Pure Plumbing and receiving a prompt and clear response from them, as well as what seemed to be a very reasonable quote, decided to go with them to complete the job. Was friendly, courteous and did an excellent job on the day agreed. Other reviewers' positive comments are right on the mark: I would recommend them very highly and will certainly be using Pure Plumbing again whenever I need any plumbing work done.
