This company really does provide a 5 star service! They were very prompt, very efficient, professional but friendly. The reminders are particularly helpful for our busy lifestyles. They were also happy to make a time that was suitable to our schedules. I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring a new garage door or are looking for a service to maintain an existing door.

Nothing but 5 star service from these guys. Professional, available and honest! They installed our garage door and maintain it. Recently we had an issue after a power outage. Called the mobile from sticker on door and spoke with someone straight away. They came out that day and problem resolved. This company seems to care about their reputation.

They are quick, very efficient plus they send you timely reminders to let you know when the next service for the door is due.

Re Purple Patch doors - from the initial call, through to the amazingly fast response, the positive attitude, and professionalism of the team sent out, the service was absolutely first class. What seemed to me a major calamity with our roller door, was rectified, serviced and working better that ever, in an amazingly short time. Having the pros do the work, is cost effective, generally much faster than trying it myself, safer, and produces a quality outcome, for reasonable cost.
