My family and I always get out car repairs done here (5 years or so). They are really great- super punctual, friendly and comprehensive. They always seem to give us the best quotes too.

I feel that this place deserves a new review. I had the misfortune of scratching my car a few weeks just after I had it repaired. I held it off for a few months until I had the time to drive around and request a number of quotes around the Artarmon Hotham Pde area, where my quotes ranged from $250 to $800 for a small chip and paint that had been scratched onto the car. I was told that this quote would cover removing the entire panel to re-spray a chip the size of a pea and buffing off the paint. Just for kicks, I decided to go back to this place for a quote, who charged a pretty penny to repair us last time. What happened was nothing sort of extraordinary. I don't know if it was the fact that we had been there not long ago or that he was in a good mood, but the fellow said that he would do it for free. He said that he could just polish off the paint and use some touch-up paint on the chip instead of having to remove and respray the whole panel, all within 15 minutes. So I came back on the arranged day, he assigned someone to have a look at it. Ten minutes later, you only would have been able to see the marks if you looked extremely carefully. Will definitely come by here again the next time we have an accident. Hopefully it won't be too soon, though!

The guys here pretty much can fit you in anytime, expect a minimum of four days for minor smash repairs. They're a little pricey, but you really can't expect less on the North Shore. Our car came back looking good as new!
