Can't fault this store. They always have something I want or need. I usually just dash into get something that I have already decided on like history, novel or self improvement, and I am never disappointed. You can always find a reasonable deal and the variety is wonderful but not intimidating like Borders was.

I buy lots of gifts for my book lover friends from here. You can buy books on all topics often at a very reduced price. They also sell bookmarks and kid's toys, as well as Lonely Planet books (these are usually full price.)

If you want books at bargain prices this is the place to go. Lots of recent releases for a fraction of the cost, and there are always tables of interesting specials out the front. Big choice of kids books.

An Australian owned bookstore which is very rare these days. Always lots of bargains including good prices on latest releases. You can also buy pens and stationery. Lots of children's books too. Staff are always lovely, and very helpful.

QBD has a good range of books, and at a discount price. I like to buy lots of books for my grandchildren to read, as it is so important to cultivate a love of books and reading in children. QBD usually make it easy to choose a couple of cheap books every week or so.

Great range of books, but mainly great value! Recently I saved about $30 on a book compared to the other major retailers.

The prices here are always cheaper than Borders, good value for money, I usually shop around when it comes to book prices and usually end up here. Not a very large store so not really a massive range but the service is great.

I found QBD had a good range of books at reduced prices. I saw some of the same books in another shop on the same day but they cost $$ more at the other shop.
