TERRIBLE & STAY AWAY!
Even by purchasing from this business thru Ebay, this business is deceitful, a poor communicator, and hopeless.
They got the order completely wrong, asked me to return the item at my cost, with written evidence of their promise to refund the postage, and sen the item I paid for. They got a fake tracking number and never posted the correct item, nor refunded the postage!.
DONT TRUST these people!

Exchange was required for faulty new part, which was listed in stock. When I finally phoned then I was made promises that they had no intention of keeping, high number of emails were all ignored, and PayPal refund eventually required after months of trying the right way.

Purchased a door lock actuator which didn't work when I installed. No issue there, that happens and I'm not upset by that.

Emailed seller multiple times with no response at all. Eventually phoned and was told to return the item which I did. Was also told that postage cost for return would be refunded. I ensured I included all purchase details so there was no mistake. Package arrived and no response from seller.

Further emails to seller with no response for over a month.

I eventually had to lodge a claim through PayPal, which was ignored by the seller. I finally had to escalate the claim and get PayPal to chase the seller for my money, which eventually succeeded. I obviously did not get postage money refunded.

If you purchase from this seller you are taking a risk if the item is faulty. The sign of a decent business is how they handle issues, and this business has shown that they only want your money and don't want to assist you in any way if there is problem.

Send your business elsewhere. If you do purchase from them, use PayPal and be prepared if you have issues, and then make sure you also leave a review so others know to avoid Quality Car Parts

Prices are quite good and they went out if their way to deliver before the weekend .
