The mangement staff of this company came and picked up my broken office chair and I gave them a deposit to repair the broken tilt adjustment. A week later I came home to find the chair on my door step with an invoice for the work. The seat had been secured but the tilt lever completely removed, and the chair back was now broken, making it unuseable. My phone messages to this company were never returned. This is no way to run a business. Beware!
