Disgusting. Booked into this hotel on promises from their staff and their website of clean, comfortable accommodation. Whilst I can excuse chipped furniture, I cannot excuse dirty floors, mould, unwiped bathroom benches and dirty, red stained 'clean' sheets I found on arrival. I refused to stay and then was given attitude by the new trainee staff member when she told me I had to pay for the night anyway. Stay at Citigate down the road instead if you want clean accommodation.
