2 reviews about Quattro Country

I've been to Quattro Country in Alstonville before (a year or two ago), and previously left good reviews. However, I was quite disappointed with my recent visit (which was for a group function). I was disappointed for 3 main reasons:

1. Didn't listen - Wait staff were so rushed that you'd barely even finished explaining your order, and they were already gone. We ended up getting an item on the menu which we were not expecting as a result, and we didn't particularly enjoy. Well presented, but I found the flavours very bland...

2. Mucked up the order twice - After explaining that we needed a dish with two dietary requirements (which they agreed to), they mucked it up twice. I appreciate that it can get pretty hectic in a restaurant, and every now and again I understand that it's easy for an order to get mixed up, that's understandable. However, after getting the fixed dish and it still only catered for one of our requirements and the other was forgotten a second time!

3. Overcharged advertised price. Pizzas were advertised as being $15; however, we were overcharged because we didn't specifically mention it when paying, and didn't realise until after we'd already paid, that we'd been overcharged.

I hope service at Quattro can be improved in future.

Best Pizza! You can tell that this food is fresh and local. The GF pizza bases are made from scratch and are the best i've ever had ! Staff are lovely and it' all reasonably priced.

Approximate cost: $25
