We rented our house from Quirk Real Estate and it was never a pleasant experience. We had severe continuous problems with our property, that legally made our house uninhabitable. It was their job to get in contact with our landlord, however they never did. The estate agent never did a thing to help us out. Our agent changed 3-4 times, however we were never informed. The agents that we did deal with were rude, very inconsistent and very inconsiderate. Not to mention Quirk charge a fortune in rental properties. Clearly getting over charged. I would never rent with them again. They are horrid.

We bought our home through Quirks Real Estate and they were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Vin Quirk listened to our needs (and our wants) and knew exactly what we were looking for in a home. The afternoon he called us to say that 'he was standing in our new home' and 'we had better come look at it', was so very true...WOW WOW WOW One look and we knew he was right. He really did listen.
