The property has been on the market now for four weeks and opened for inspection the last four Saturdays.
The property is being auctioned next Saturday 15th August at 11:30am and will be open for inspection at 11:00am prior to the auction.
It will not be opened for inspection at any other time.

Cheltenham - Not a bad Real Estate Agent as far as they go, being a renter I think they tend to not take as much notice of you. I e-mail Alison direct and she always gets back to me within a day or two though. If my rent is going to be paid a bit late I e-mail and let them know, usually okay with that. I'm a good tenant, they don't even do property checks on my unit now as they know I'll take good care, after-all it is my home.....
