Be careful with Raffael Ciuca! Most of their dresses come from China. They are mass produced then you get charged heaps to alter them.

Very pushy staff who make you feel you need to order months in advanced to make sure it arrives in time! From China.

After you sign and pay your deposit they aren’t interested in you or your special day anymore. They are into volume sales and work on commission.

The dress that was given to me on collection was not the size I ordered, they tried to force me to buy the dress and pay for alterations they spoke to me extremely rudely and didn't take my complaint seriously until I threatened to take it to Vic Consumer Affairs. This doesn't seem to be an isolated incident, be aware of your consumer protection rights in Australia.

My fiancée went to see an employee of the store. She was very rude and made
some unnecessary comments about how she looked in some dresses and just
came across as someone that is not good to deal with.

She scoffed at the budget we had and said "you cannot get anything with
that" even though a few thousand should be sufficient. She also shut down
comments the friend made and sort of yelled at them to move or to be
quicker with their feedback of dresses. It was like she did not want to be
there and hated her job.

Would not recommend any bride-to-be to go there and experience that sort of
treatment.
When I was telling a friend about the bad experience, she too had a similar
one at this place. Her comments were "Yes service was disgusting! I was
told off like I was a child. She definitely needs to change jobs as she has
been there waay too long!"

Urgently needed a dress, the ladies were so kind, helpful and understanding. I found the dream dress, felt like a princess and it was ready in 4 days for me to pick it up! These women are amazing, will recommend them to every bride I know! Can not thank them enough for the amazing experiences they have given me.

This shop has some of the most beautiful wedding gowns around however, the service leaves a lot to be desired. I went here with a friend to look at wedding dresses and we were offered no assistance from the ladies working there for a good 20 minutes and then when we did get their attention they kind of rushed us out of the shop. Needless to say my friend did not get her dress from here.

What else to say but wow! This place offers a great range of beautiful wedding dresses and a good range for men. My wife purchased her dress from here and they went out of their way to be helpful and the only place she truly felt welcome. Highly recommended.

Every type of dress you could think of, not cheap but in seeing the dresses worth every penny. I didn't get to try any on as staff ignored me,and then when asking for help said they didnt have the time, but maybe you needed an appointment?
As they wernt extremely busy. Again though, amazing dresses everything from lace, to feathers, to princess dresses

This store offers a beautiful selection of wedding gowns to suit many tastes at various prices.

I went there several times, first time to offer support to a friend who ended up buying a wedding gown for herself. She found a lovely dress which was very flattering and suited her perfectly. Bonus was it was on sale, so she got a bargain!

I have shopped there for myself when I was searching for a wedding dress. The service was okay, nothing exceptional. one sales lady I found to be slightly rude (or maybe insensitive) in her mannerism when dealing with me when I was describing how I want a dress to flatter my body shape.

Unfortunately I did not find my perfect wedding dress, but I can recommend this store to other ladies if you are searching for a store with a good range of styles of dresses.

Parking can be an issue along Sydney Road as its very busy!

This place is an absoult dream.. I had five on my list before this place, but known in my heart that I'd find my dream dress here.. the woman are great.. and change rooms are spacious and the prices are fair.. they even have all the accessories you need.

The dresses were absolutely stunning - I tried on 4 dresses and the sales assistant actually told me that I looked the best in the 1 sale dress I had picked out (she was right) But I respected the honesty of the assistant.
As I was buying 'off the rack' I was also given a discount.
