I would not recommend this business at all. I gave in my wedding dress for a simple bust fitting alteration and when I picked it up and tried it on, I described how it wasn't sitting comfortably/ or nicely and asked her to make further alterations to rectify this. I was willing to pay for the extra work, but she refused to help me any further.

I am disappointed that as a seamstress who makes alterations for a living, did not have the foresight to know if she made certain alterations it may have other effects on the garments fitting. And then on top of that to refuse to make further alterations to fix the problem. I feel that she took no responsibility for her work.

The only upside was that her service was prompt and that I picked it up completed, on time, on the scheduled date and think her price was reasonable for what I asked her to do.

I had some pants repaired here last week that were beyond my sewing ability. Dropped them in late on a Monday afternoon and they were ready to collect Wednesday morning. I took advantge of Raghda's offer of a $10 membership fee that now gives me and anyone else in my family a 20 percent discount on future alterations including my pants that day. Very happy with my repaired pants and the overall quality of her work.
