We purchased a $49 Groupon voucher that stated what we would get was to the value of $119 and all the things included plus much more. Firstly and this is my fault I assumed that because they took the voucher number at the time of making the appointment that I wouldn't need the voucher stupidly obviously, however I did find a local place to print when advised that I would need it. We were the first customers of the day and because of the voucher issue the hairdresser spent the first ten minutes stressing over it. She wasn't exactly helpful and to be honest she wasnt presented very well either. After assuring her that I would et it printed she started on my daughters hair. During the appointment the hairdressers manner left a lot to be desired and the whole experience was over all awkward. The supposedly $119 value turned into a rushed half hour job and there was no "much more" I don't know how they could justify this statement as I barely thought that I got $49 value for what was received The salon was filthy there was hair at a number of stations and being Te first customers of the day this was obviously from The previous day and The floors look like they hadnt been mopped in years I wouldn't recommend this salon and In fact I am starting to have doubts about buying off the Groupon website also!
