(VET) Dr Mason ,is so calming and gentle he is the best vet there is

Thank you to all the staff at Railway Vet Clinic for their excellent care over 22 years for our beautiful cat. Friendly helpful and caring to the last with a lovely flower and card on her passing.

I've had better service but have had worst too. Prices are about average in the vet side and on the pet shop side. Some of the items in the pet shop can be found elsewhere for cheaper prices. Staff knowledge can definitely be improve.

My dog suddenly got very sick, she was old 14! Although they tried she couldn't be saved and had to be euthinaised. They were so compassionate and caring and also sent me a lovely card and flowers after the event.
