We have ordered materials such as bark, mulch and soil from these guys in the past and they have been great. The costs are on par with most other places but their staff are friendly with a great understanding of everything they have on offer there. I was a bit disappointed in the prices of the retaining wall blocks. I ended up going somewhere else and got the same blocks for $5.00 cheaper per block! That makes a big difference when you are buying over 500 blocks!
I ordered coloured bark from these guys. The service was great and they delivered everything right on time. The only problem is the colour only lasted a year and there was bits of plastic and metal amongst the bark!
I live about 10 Minute drive from this place. Always drove past it and one day out of curiousity went to see what they had. I was surprised at the range they have and I walked out of there with loads of mulch and potting mix for my garedn, had a half a load of loam delivered as well. Very good customer service. The Guy that served me put loaded my car as well. Great work guys.
Approximate cost: $208.00
Handy location and helpful staff.
The range of garden supplies - bark chip, mulch, sand, etc - is pretty much the same as elsewhere but can cost a little more, as well as metal and wood sleepers.
Also have a good range of pavers and paving supplies, as well as a paving display, and staff can help if you're not sure on colours or the best paver for your needs. Price of pavers depends on colour and style but is generally quite competative and worth a look.
I have previously bought landscaping pebbles (which are sold by the tonne and I got about 20kg, so didn't spend much to get a great effect - much cheaper than buying them in 2kg bags elsewhere) and pavers. I wasn't sure on pavers as needed them for a shared car and outdoor entertaining area and staff knew what would work best - lucky as I had almost decided on thin pavers that would have broken if I had parked a car on them.
