We've had Raine and Horne as our property managers for 5 years now and find their customer service disappointing. While their people are incredibly nice and offer you the world they rarely seem to come through with it. On our particular house we've needed a lot of work done to keep it up to scratch and every time something comes up (e.g. blocked drains, leaking roofs, pest control, replacement guttering) they've said they'll organise people to fix it but never do. My main concern was the blocked toilet drains that have backed up every few weeks for over 2 years now and they do nothing about it. We've called emergency plumbers ourselves to try fix it but to no avail.
