To be fair, I have seen some slight improvements (very very slight). I have been renting a property though them for 3 years now. Only reason for staying is the low price but don't expect much service as it seems like no one takes their job seriously. Customer service and professionalism is higher at KFC than it is here. Staff need more training. More personalised service would go a long way (actually any service would be great).
I have always had problems contacting my property manager. Their service is really poor. There is loads to improve.
