We do not condone our staff speaking like this in front of our clients (regardless of age).
As per our conversation on the phone, the particular staff member mentioned, does not work for our salons anymore.
We pride our business, as being a family friendly salon.
Horrible results, I don't recommend it at all.
I provided an easy picture and was given absolutely a different hair colour and result.
Staff spoke badly about other staff to and in front of clients. If casuals at Glenquarie had to take a day off, then be it. If a senior staff member (working for 5 years) gets paid to take a day take-off, then the other lady who is the newest staff member should not make a horrible face while working because she isn't paid to take days off. I don't think that is professional especially working in a university environment if we spoke badly about our staff members to/ in front of students - I don't think it would have a good impact.
My hair wasn't also washed properly by the newest staff member working that day (Thursday 31/08). Still had residue remaining in my hair.
I paid $180 for rubbish results. I'm getting it fixed tomorrow by Instyle Hair Liverpool.
I definitely don't recommend it [redacted].

This is a typical type of salon. This salon is very popular with the locals but I would only go there for a trim if I had to. The prices are average, but if you were after a hairdresser that is up to date with the latest fashions and a colour technician I wouldn't use them. Good for a no fuss haircut.
