Stay Away from this rubbish property agents. They do not repair. The land lord is super stingy, it took 6 months to fix 1 hand towel rail after going back and forth for months. After that i have let the property, now it's empty for 6 months. They just love your money not the repairs. This Fools don't get in their head that we are paying for the service not to live in the slums.

Response to email contact with agents concerning rental tenant issues is extremely poor, we ended up dealing directly with the owner who was paying for their service. At exit interview agent was unprofessional and dishonest, leading me to believe I had cleaned improperly and that I owed money from my bond for the self-destructing cheap and poorly laid carpeting (after 3 years residence). I owed nothing. I paid nothing. Know your rights and don't be bullied.
