I have used ralph for over 10 years now.I have found him to be honest and reliable and will always explain in detail what is wrong and what is required to fix your car.His ability to quickly find what is wrong with your car is amazing.I would recommend ralph to anyone who is after a good mechanic.

Answered phone promptly and with professional courtesy, was busy at the time with another job, but was sincere in making the effort and talking and getting the information and calling back as soon as he was available. Had a shattered disc brake and needed both replaced, he said it would cost approximately $350 which included purchasing parts and labor. Was very accurate with pricing, showed and explained what needed to be done. Honest and genuine bloke, highly recommend.

Ralph was very friendly upon answering the phone, he arrived within the approximated time frame. Once he arrived to our location he quickly got to work and diagnosed the problem, luckily a quick fix, no rubbish. Honest mechanic, highly recommend!

His an honest person, that shows you the parts that are broken that his replaced. Sometimes it takes awhile to get the part in. Not his fault.

I needed a basic service on my car but there was an added problem that the car dealership had quoted for at over $600. Mr Nikolai ordered all the necessary parts and brought them all with him. He arrived to the minute we requested and the job was over at the time he said the car would be ready for. He worked quietly (no blaring radios) and efficiently - showed me the problems and made sure I understood what had to happen.
