I bought an expensive mower from here. The first service when I took it in was fine and reasonable price, so I decided to take it back for the second service. They told us it would take a week, so after 2 weeks I rang. I was told they couldn't find it and would ring me back. When they found it, I was told it had been way at the back and forgotten. The guy did the service that same day and we picked it up a couple of hours later. There was no apology and the price was twice as much as the first service. Very disappointing.

The audacity of some businesses will remain indescribable. Not only was an apology necessary, it should have been forthcoming and without anticipation. One can only assume that the individual in question was not appropriately educated, which will continue to pose issues for the business in question if not dealt with accordingly. Given that a (seemingly) simple apology can prevent law suites, lessons in how to accomplish an (appropriate) apology are a necessary component in business and can often become ‘the straw that broke the camels back’ so to speak. Hopefully, the afore-mentioned business will focus their time on learning this art form, instead of arrogantly attempting to have your review censored. Irrespective of this, we thank you for a well written, detailed review that will no doubt assist many. Regards, Reeces
