The staff always have a smile on their faces.I very rarely leave there without have had a laugh.The staff are always ready to answer your questions and are very helpful.Oh how i love good customer service.

I went in with very crumpled lotto tickets and instead of the staff giving up after the 15th time trying to get them through the machine they persevered. I felt bad for holding the staff up but they were friendly and very helpful. They were also helpful when i was looking for a particular magazine
