Please beware of this company!! We are definitely financially and emotionally poorer for our involvement with this company. I trusted them for a thorough inspection as we were not able to view property due to covid restrictions. My mistake that I am continuing to pay for well after the purchase. If we had known of the blatant visual illegal faults we would never had continued with contract. What a mess we are now in and retirement has been delayed by a few more years.

While Rapid were very efficient in responding to our request and booking an inspection time the level of professional conduct from their representative was of a poor standard. When contacted for further feedback on the report he was flippant and unhelpful when asked to clarify certain issues. We not recommend using Rapid Pest and Building Inspections

Before making a final decision to buy my preferred building I appointed Rapid Pest for their pre purchase pest and building inspection service. I was totally amazed to see the quality of work that they provided to us. I was glad to receive the building inspection report where each and every details of the building was mentioned clearly. It was only possible to know about the overall condition of the building only because of their investigation. I'd love to recommend Steven and his team for the pest and building inspection in Sunshine Coast.
