Appalling meals, particularly when the price is considered, were served on ANZAC Day 2016. From the half dozen or so menu options the choices for my family and I were reduced to either fish or sausages. Each was served with the most unpalatable mashed potoato, which was obviously reconstituted from a powdered product.

It was a disappointing end to what had been a special occasion. Next year we will dine elswhere and I won't be renewing my membership

There is a new caterer, Adam. He is supplying club meals at club prices. I have had a few meals and so far its been all good, Jenni, the chef is really trying hard to accommodate all diners requests, including gluten free. There is a new Board and a whole new vibe in the club. Just about every Friday night the is a DJ or a band, they have installed 2 pool tables and added a juke box for the younger guys and they seem to be enjoying their status as equal members with the rest of the members. The new bar staff are great as well, always smiling and very friendly. Check out the cocktail of the day each Friday night.

Approximate cost: $15

This is my local club and it has always had room for improvement. It attracts the older locals and the restaurant has had too many to count owners. Great location but they don't seem to want to do anything with it. Sadly this club only attracts the older generation but definitly has potential.
