poor service with non communication between staff,staff left and did not or do not update or leave messages for new staff members,had nothing but troubles with the house i was renting and real estate did not care about any health issues in my home,i had copies and photocopies of all related issues i had handed to them,but they could not find the original copies i handed to them?i was basically called a liar until i forwarded all emails i had also sent real estate and they could not say that i did not report issues when i had so many emails and forms of paperwork.Everytime i wanted or asked for something to be fixed ,the owner of property would put house up for sale without fixing any issues.the real estate even was putting rent my rent up without sorting out the issues within the home-I am glad i found another property to rent and do not have to deal with these issues again as it was bringing my family down and making us feel angry and depressed.we were renting a run down shit hole.
