Will not recommend them to anyone.
Signed up with Mathew George from Ray White ,Ferntree gully to sell my property.
Everything was done in such a haste.
*Property was auctioned after only 19 days of advertising. Average marketing timeframe is minimum of 28 days.
*I told the agent to postpone the auction as there was no buyers interest but he kept advising me otherwise.
*The selling price was mutually decide but the very next day after the first open the agent started telling me how the property prices have fallen and that I should reduce my price . Not a very ethical strategy.
*Triangular street signs at street junctions were not put until last weekend before the auction and only after I pointed it out.
* Was Charged $ 5699.00 for a 19 day marketing campaign. Much higher than other agents.
Overall a very half hearted and hasty attempt and a complete waste of my time and money.
Wish I could give them zero stars

My first time selling a house was daunting, but our agent helped put me at ease and explained any questions I had and even helped me out in looking at a couple of houses on the market that I might be interested to buy after mine sold. Great service.

We would like to formally say thank you very much to you both, for your professional attention to the auction of our home, 2 Gaydon Street, Ferntree Gully within the in room auction held 18/07/2013. We were very pleased with the selling campaign and of course the auction result. The experience of selling our home was made all the less stressful through your professionalism and keeping us informed of prospective buyer feedback, vendor meetings and preparation of all possible outcomes at auction. As we leave our 1st home where we started our family, and completely renovated the inside from a 1960 house to a modern interior fit for today's buyer and move on to the next chapter of our lives we would like to wish you both all the very best for the future. Tim, we cannot thank you enough for looking after our dogs during the week for private inspection, as we were not home to assist. We would recommend anyone to view the in room auction within your office, and from there I can guarantee they will not look at other real estates to sell or buy a home. We have recently dealt with Peter Munt from Ray White in regards with selling our property. He exceeded our expectations and gave us very helpful advise. We were a little weary with dealing with a real estate agent as some don't have the best reputation, but Peter was always extremely honest with us and we felt comfortable with him right from the start. The service he provided made the whole experience a lot less stressful then we thought. We even got a little gift from him when our house got sold. I would recommend him to everyone!
