I would not recommend this business to anyone who wants to rent a property as a tenant.

The fact the owner of the house had to give me his contact details in case any below par handling of matters occured (again) is testament to how they are not fit and proper people to claim property management as a skill set they have competency of.

They behave in a fashion that is reflective of a view that the person renting a house is beneath them and lacks intelligence.

The Dealer Prinicipal will give lip service to wanting to listen to any feedback but if it's negative feedback he will always cite that he is "very busy" and that his time is very valuable.

This condescending approach is reflective also with a few of the staff so if you are looking for a place to be spoken down to then Ray White Redcliffe is for you.
