Gone down hill................. I used this company about 2.5 years ago and dealt with a professional staff and gave us all the information we needed (and more) and got us a great price on the day. However........ about 3 months ago l spoke to other staff there (as the professional staff had left) and they were hopeless, didnt know the area and talked down to us!! It looks like its time to shop around. I hate when good staff leave!
