For an (onlooker’s) landlord I would not recommended Erik as I feel he failed to complete his duty of care. I found this business NOT to be genuinely trustworthy. A blessing in disguise really. Cats excreted in house, left putrid smells and Erik could not have cared at all. Avoid. I would urge any unprofessional behaviour to be reported to Ray White, Sydney Head Office.

I just sold my property using Erik and Lisa at Ray White in Summer Hill and I found them to be very professional and friendly, and were always helpful. I was very happy with the price we got, but also they seemed to not be too pushy. I had approached other agents but they couldn't even be bothered to get back to me so I was very impressed with the level of service from Erik. I would be happy to use them again or recommend them.
