You get what you pay. I’ve learnt that paying cheap is never the safest way to go. I’ve had the pleasure to work with Ray on two of my properties and I can rely on him to have attention to detail and to fight for you.
With one of my property, he identified that the contract was incorrectly structured and ended up saving me money on land/house tax. On another, he advised me when it was safe to proceed, and I troubled him till 7pm+ and he had to turn around the deal within 24 hours. It was a make or break and if we dd not respond, the deal was off. The reassurance from your Lawyer is crucial for dealmaking.
Do get first hand review from clients before listing to any negative comments from disgruntled client who does not know the full picture.

Dealing with this solicitor in last few weeks, based on my experience, You need be very very cautious as much as possible, because this solicitor always charges you a very high price and no pre notice at all. The service is very poor as well.

Very bad service, and charge much much more than market price with unreasonable ground.
