Probably the first gym I have ever walked into and had other clients introduce themselves and ask my name. Amazingly friendly, genuine and supportive community. No one cares about what you look like, what you wear or how you choose to train. Reachable Body and Mind really is a place where you can go to work towards being your best self. The team are so understanding and supportive,m they get what it is like to be to have failed over and over again, and the insecurities that come with that. They made me feel really confident that my past is not any reflection of my future and they truly made me believe that I could succeed this time and guess what?? I did! Fitness is not just a phase for me anymore, it's my way of life. Thanks ReachABLE Body and Mind for helping me get there!
