be weary of the quote, likely to quote more once they show up and then blame you (the consumer) for not providing all details. You'd think they would know the right questions to ask right? Negative. Oh, and if you decline the increased price and cancel the job, they will charge you a call out fee (for me it was the delta in the two quotes - funny that!).
