We appreciated the work of the two men from Ready Movers who helped us today. They were Jeff and Gabriel. They arrived punctually, after having kindly left a courtesy message half an hour before their arrival. They picked up and delivered our furniture with utmost care — no damage at all. They got their work done in a good, short time — no time was wasted. Both Jeff and Gabriel were friendly, cooperative, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. Alex and Eva (Thornlands, Queensland)

One bedroom apartment moved from Brisbane to Melbourne.
The delivery was late by 4 days, although we had specifically agreed on Monday 1/11 upon payment.
I slept on the couch with nothing but minimal belongings from my suitcase.
A box was missing from my delivery (Dell monitor in original box unopened) which the driver promised to check on and deliver the following day. Never happened. They started avoiding my calls. Emailed back and forth, today’s the 10th day since the delayed delivery date, I had a call to say they will drop the monitor off today, I was so relieved. BUT what was given to me was an opened, used, unknown branded monitor. Just a pathetic joke. Everything was clearly written in our emails. All the stress and tears they’ve added to this already difficult move, save yourself and find someone else.
