My husband and I used Pete from Real Image Photography in March to capture our wedding. He was absolutely amazing. His attitude & personality made our day a breeze. His ability to create the most memorable photos of the whole day and night was completely amazing, our photos are breath taking. After coming across the Real Image Photography website I fell in love with Pete's work. His photos are very natural and capture the moment beautifully. Pete photographed my wedding in the Margaret River Region and even though I live in Perth, I had no problems liaising with Pete via phone calls and emails. He was very helpful in advising time of day and locations' to capture fantastic shots. He is very engaging with all the guests and really gets things happening. I had nothing but fantastic reviews from all my guests on what a superb job Pete had done. After deciding to "trash my wedding dress" I really have to praise Pete for his dedication in meeting me back at my wedding location to change into his board shorts and get in amongst the sting rays to capture some amazing water shots. Pete from Real Image Photography took our wedding pictures. From the first day I contacted him, including emails and his work he was great. We are very pleased with the pictures and we can't wait to see the photo book he will create for us. He was easy going and fun, but professional when needed, sometimes we did not even notice him up until we saw the picture. I have been using Pete at Real Imagine Photography for almost a decade to capture the most special moments in my life, ie. wedding, pregnancies, precious baby photos and now our annual family portraits near Margaret River and Dunsborough area. Needless to say based on the years we have been using Pete, his work is incredible in terms of photographic quality. My family and I are not particularly photographic nor enjoy the photo shoot experience and yet Pete always makes it relaxed and easy, and even something we look forward to. He is particularly good at recommending the perfect spot for photos for those who live in south west (ie. Margaret River and Dunsborough region). The only regret you may experience, is not securing Pete!

Hi We used Pete at Real Image Photography to do a portrait shoot for our family. He did a great job! We were impressed that he took the time to make sure all the shots we wanted were captured. Pete photographed our wedding in November 2011 and I really can't say enough about him, the whole experience was excellent. He was a great bloke to work with, made everyone feel at ease throughout the day and very unobtrusive - captured absolutely every moment we could have wanted without ever creating a fuss. We had our CD of photos waiting for us by the time we got back from our honeymoon and our album is simply outstanding. We got so many comments from friends saying they are some of the best wedding photos they've ever seen and I have to agree! I would highly recommend Pete to anyone and look forward to having him back for some family shots in the future.

Almost 3 years ago Pete Battye photographed our wedding and gave us the most incredible images. We still get compliments from them and have a lot of joy in seeing them up on our wall, and flicking through our photo book. We found Pete to be fantastic on the day, he was unassuming, and almost unnoticeable by us during the ceremony. His relaxed attitude suited our style perfectly. For the group shots he was excellent at making suggestions but also at following our thoughts. A few times he moved on so quick I wondered if he actually got the image, but sure enough when we got our disc he had managed to capture plenty stunning shots. We had so much fun taking some creative "trash the dress" shots following the wedding also, and these shots are an absolute highlight!

Just recently we had the pleasure of seeing Pete again for a family portrait session with our one year old son. Again I did wonder if Pete had always captured the shot as he quickly moved on to the next shot, but yet again the proof was in the pictures and I experienced the same joy and delight with receiving this disc.

In years to come when our family grows up and expands, I know who I'll be calling to capture our special memories. I just love Pete's work. I've also referred him to a friend who was thrilled with her family portrait and would not hesitate to recommend him for either wedding or family photos.

Everything about Pete and his photography was amazing, beautiful beautiful photos, fantastic manner, treasured memories forever. You will not find a better photographer. Can't thank Pete enough.

Hey Pete!

I was talking about you last night - a friend is planning a wedding and I was raving about what a brilliant photographer I had so I thought I'd put my gratitude in words. It's been over 18 months since our 11.11.11 wedding and I love getting out my wedding photos. I knew our photos were amazing at the time but I think now that I've paid more attention to wedding photos post-getting married I have even more appreciation for how absolutely outstanding they are!! I have seen some very ordinary wedding photos, and have yet to see any other photographer capture the full day quite like you can - you really are in a league of your own! I hope you are still shooting weddings and still enjoying it.
