the people are nice, the atmosphere is great and they have some quality fruit and veg. Their workers are so nice and always offer for help. The owners are so charming. From the bread to the fruit and veg this place is lovely

I used to shop at real organics with my mum often, however over the past year or so the quality and customer service had slumped. We no longer shop here as we have found other places that are more reasonably priced and friendlier/helpful.

When I first started buying organic food this place was a reasonable supermarket to visit. However over time I have found it has deteriorated significantly. It does provide a wide range of health products, although many of the products are not organic. Last summer I found that the fresh produce was not of great quality - either the cooling fridge was not working correctly or the produce was not purchased very fresh. The most disappointing thing though is the price of products - things have gone up significantly. There are a large number of products - especially dairy and fresh where I can buy the exact same produce for 25%+ cheaper at other outlets. This tells me the consumers are being ripped off. I have ceased to shop at this supermarket due to the above reasons.
