So good to have an accurate web store that is up to date. Nothing is more frustrating than sites with outdated listings. Never a problem with RGW! Shop here with confidence!! Highly recommended by me and countless others, Rebel Gun Works are just fantastic to deal with and I love spending my money with them. In fact, I can not say enough nice things about them!!!

The Rebel staff are always interested, helpful and courteous, which can't be said for some other gun shops in the greater brisbane area.

Online page was a bit confusing as I tried to edit the shopping cart …..help page told me to go to edit /cancel sight that I couldn't find or doesn't exist on the page I was looking at .

Rebel are out in front of everyone else when it comes to customer service and excellent old fashion personal service. I have purchased online and over the phone and can't fault them.

There sales staff were very informative over the phone and presented themselves in a professional but comfortable manner.
I was looking for an old part that i was finding it hard to come by. I was directed to there notification email link for this type of inquiry and within 24 hours I couldn't believe that had I received an email with an option to purchase that particular part and I did.

There is another place in the "Gabba" that should be just as famous. Rebel Gun Works have a very professionally run website and I actually enjoy and look forward to receiving their "what is on special" newsletter as there is usually something interesting in them and I find myself nearly every time visiting their website/store just to check in case I need to spend some money ! I also recommend RGW to people, as a first port of call, whenever I get asked "do you know where I could get a thingamywhatsit for my Remchester Model zkf567?" Another aspect of RGW I really appreciate, is that their website is always up to date. There is nothing more frustrating than finding that thingamywhatsit on a website, then after contacting the shop in question, find out that they sold the last one 6 months ago and with - "sorry, that should have been taken down." RGW realise that in this day and age, if it is not on the internet, then it does not exist and how vital it is to have an accurate (pun intended!) and functional website/store. A lot of other so called "gunshops" could learn from the Rebel Gun Works' site as to how to run their own site properly. So, to sum up, all I can say is - shop here with confidence !! 3 cheers to RGW !!!!!!
