Hopeless. Absolutely hopeless. Two 13 year olds could have moved me quicker. Arrived late, broke a leg off my table, cracked a glass table top and lost a complete dinner set. When they tried to over charge me, I resisted and called the Police when they became aggressive. Gave them $100 and told them to leave.
