as a member of our school's P&C i was after a very large number of plates. The staff there was very friendly and willing help me out so they called all the red dot stores in the area to see if they would transfer their stock. I was told this wasnt possible and i would have to drive from shop to shop to get the plates i needed. BAD SERVICE

It's very unfair to say that they gave you bad service, they spent time ringing around for you ( I'm sure you could of done that yourself) and they were friendly. Do you think it appropriate for a large delivery truck to drive from store to store just to pick up plates? Whilst the driver was collecting your plates other stores would be missing out on there pallet deliveries resulting in no stock for you the customer to purchase. Please think before you make comments in the future.
