It is an american steakhouse, rather than a european style steakhouse. So emphasis is more on delivering on quantity & basic flavours, than delivering on quality with finesse. It really depends on what you prefer or look for.
The ribs, burgers etc are all definitely good and can be relied upon, for a hearty and tasty feed. The steak can be disappointing if the piece that you get is tough and not evenly cooked.

My partner loves his steak so for his birthday I wanted to take him out to a steak house and decided to try something different. I had heard from other friends who had dined there and though opinions where a little hit and miss, some thought it was great, others not so much! I found the Wagyu to be too tough for my liking and not cooked as asked, my partner too was just as disappointed as his arrived tough and overcooked too. Considering the price that was paid and the time it took for under satisfactory meals to arrive it definitely was not worth it, though our hostess was incredibly pleasant and friendly. I thought that to be the only positive of the night though.
