As an investor, stay away from this company. They make countless careless mistakes and only interested in managing properties where they "collect the rent", deduct their commission and transfer whats left to you. Repairs and maintenance took 2-3 months on average (incl. urgent ones), they hand out your number to repairs men so they dont have to deal with anything (defeats the purpose of hiring them).

They side with the tenants to avoid troubles with the tenants and demanded me to clean tenants rubbish in backyard amongst many other irrational things. Despite me questioning their best interest as our agent, they argue and disagree but actions speak louder than words -They dont have your best interest and are a waste of time, money and stress.

Don't be fooled by -Redacted- sales pitch... she has proven to be all talk and no deliver. She's purely in sales so you can't rely on her if you want your property managed. Lack of communication between their own team - it's ridiculous! You need to micro manage and follow up with them as they tend to forget/never get back to you.

They admitted themselves, they could not perform their job as my agent and ended the agreement "Regretfully, we don’t feel as those we best provide you with the services you are requiring to manage your property. Hereby, we are giving 30 days notice to terminate the management agreement."

Property management is poor at best. The phone is not answered and they contacting them always feels like you are intruding. I have just listed my property with an agent on the otherwise of brisbane so I can rent closer to schools. I must say if I were to require an agent in the Springwood/Rochedale area I would never deal with this agency. They put off decent tenants with their I don't care attitude.
